1) Introduce yourself:
BLU FIGS: We are a husband and wife team named Pedram and Amanda Neku who have a shared love of food, photography, and creativity.
BLU FIGS works with both corporate and business professionals and within the food and beverage industry to capture amazing images for websites, advertising and social media platforms.
2) What state in the Midwest are you in?
BF: We are proudly located in the great state of Wisconsin! We call Port Washington home but love traveling all around the Midwest meeting and working with new clients.
3) What is the most interesting thing about your business itself?
BF: Being a husband and wife team we love working together while also bring our own unique special talents to the projects we work on. Amandas passion is working with clients to understand their vision and helping them bring that vision to life. Pedram is the genius behind the camera and he makes sure to deliver amazing images to our clients.
4) What is the most interesting thing about how your business interacts with where you’re located?
BF: We love the people, places, and things of the Midwest! Each restaurant we work with has a specialized dish or drink that we get to capture and each person who books a headshot package with has a story to tell. We are never bored of meeting new people and hearing their unique stories!
5) Does your business host any events?
BF: Any individual can book us for a private headshot session or we can be booked to photograph an entire staff, restaurant, or business! We work with small business, large corporations, non-profits, and even Libraries! No project is too big or small for us!
6) Do you have any plans for next year?
BF: Our plans for 2022 are very simple, to continue working with our current clients and deepening our relationships with them while also growing our business and bringing it to the next level. We also want to keep challenging ourselves to deliver the best high quality images we can and have fun while doing it!
7) How do you manage the ongoing COVID-19 situation while working with your clients?
BF: The health and safety of our clients is very important to us. We take all appropriate measures to ensure that while working everyone stays healthy. Before any photoshoot we work directly with our clients to come up with a game plan on how we want to handle being in close proximity. It's all about staying healthy and letting everyone feel comfortable while working with us.
8) Do you have a newsletter?
BF: We have a monthly digital newsletter that is released on the first Monday of every month. We share Information about headshots events, showcase our current promotions, links to the BLU FIGS blog, and keep you updated on all things BLU FIGS.
